The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled to keep alive a $600 million lawsuit against the makers of "Grand Theft Auto." The suit blames the violent video game for the murders of three-person night shift at a rural police department. A lawyer for the victims' families says the decision sets the stage for what could be the first-ever trial over killings that are blamed on video games. The justices tossed aside an argument by the gaming industry that the lawsuit should be thrown out because the companies have a First Amendment right to sell the games. Is this dangerous, once again you have a court trying to shift blame from the criminals who actually DID the crime, to say that an outside influence somehow controlled them to force them in some way to murder someone, steal someone's car, etc. Is this a dangerous precedent?
