COMMENTS:
None of them but out of that list probably Rommel. The best generals aren't even listed. These are just the biggest ones from the large countries.
The best from Britain was Brian Horrocks although Monty wasn't bad. Von Manstein wasn't even and neither is Guderian or Kesselring (basically the most faultless and some of the highest achieving). Chuikov and Konev for the Russians. Out of those I'd be tempted for Manstein or Kesselring. It's hard Manstein made more impact but Kesselring for me is the only man who went through the war without being able to be faulted for something. It does help that he was fighting defensive battles in extremely good terrain but he inflicted a lot of damage for minimal loss against a lot of Allied offensives.
