I was sad to hear they are cracking down on public nudity and public drunkeness during the playoff's, 17th ave was awesome during the last playoffs, women flashing and topless, beer everywhere for several blocks on that commercial avenue. No one was hurt any other year, i say let the celebration happen.

Should we have the right to go nuts and look at topless women during the playoffs?

Yes why not it's celebrating,Boo's and tits make the men happy and no violence,When Liverpool FC won the champions league last year we had a naked man dancing on the bar roof the cops didn't do anything and just laughed everyone was so happy and not a single bit of trouble even from rival fans because everyone was just drunk and enjoyed the match and the atmosphere,When silly laws get imposed and cops are out in intimidating numbers thats when riots break out
