Don't try to be more than HAPPY.
I mean if you are happy, that is good. If you think that you need more in your life to be happy, such as a newer car; bigger TV; better job; and so forth then your not truely HAPPY. I mean if you have a car and a TV and a job that can support you you should be thankful and just be HAPPY.
I'm just happy to be alive. Screw the car and the TV... ;)
Life is what you go out and grab for yourself. I suppose it depends on how we each deal with life's conflicts but I use each situation as a stepping stone.. so no matter what.. I'm a step up from the below risk... I do not allow myself to dwell too much on the negative.. too painful and it doesn't help so move along li'l doggy... now my mind's back on sex! POOF.... Mmmmmm....

See, you're not as depressed as you think. I know a guy that thinks nothing but those two statements above.
If you ain't lovin' you ain't livin' - find something you love, whether it's a significant other, a career, a hobby, etc., and live it. If that doesn't make you happy then you need to make a course correction until you get to that point.
You must be having a crappy day too. Yes, I feel that way most of the time.
I used to. But I have 'reframed' a lot, over the years.
Truthfully, I try to keep in mind that there is a lot worse going on than my little troubles.
Try to find someone to talk to, because it helps more than anything. I think that even people here make a fairly good support group if you take the time to find one... I am sure everyone has thier ups and downs, it is just a part of life.
