Nope because the people who actually influence foreing and domestic policy are still in the administration.It's like putting make up on a festering boil.It may look better but the diease is still there.

Just posturing for the sake of disgruntled conservatives. The junta will remained essentially the same. Interestingly, troll Karl Rove will be giving up some of the duties he took on when he believed he was to become Kissinger to Bush's Nixon. He wants to go back to what he does best: evil politicking. So, Bush's fortunes may actually improve for the last three years of his regime, with Karl simply focusing on lies and spin.
