Well, It seems a few "expendable types
are getting off at this "stop" but the
main characters just seem to be recast
or not moving at all, except for the ones currently being investigated for
leaks or shoplifting, etc...wil these
moves lead to any improvement?

Just posturing for the sake of disgruntled conservatives. The junta will remained essentially the same.

Interestingly, troll Karl Rove will be giving up some of the duties he took on when he believed he was to become Kissinger to Bush's Nixon. He wants to go back to what he does best: evil politicking. So, Bush's fortunes may actually improve for the last three years of his regime, with Karl simply focusing on lies and spin.
