personally my attitude dont change and i dont get cramps alot maybe once every 2 months and i think alot of woman use it as an excuse

I tend to believe them. Appears to have different intensities for different women, and varying intensities due to who- knows- what factors.

I get bloated and irritable...mainly due to the bloating and your hormonal changes and stuff like that! It's weird when i'm pms'ing i'm bitchy and mean but when i'm on my period i'm always overly excited and happy and really horny, which kinda sucks!
