Yawn. How many times are you going to do the same ballot? You and your cronies.
Never never never. People will always want to take the easy answer.
I don't see that happening. Legitimacy aside, people have historically turned to religion during times of stress and I see that only increasing, going forward.
What was the name of that guy?
I think religion has already become obsolete in the west.It was obsolete when Nietzsche said "God was dead" in the 19th century.I know many westerns claim to be religious but do they really believe that there is a God or do they continue to go to church because of cultural/social reasons?
"Religion" is a broad term, and not exclusive to Christians, Muslims, Jews, etc. As long as anyone believes in a higher power than themselves, "religion" will continue to be an important part of mankind.
It's already obsolete but it won't go away because it allows people to rationalize their misery. Karl Marx was right, it's the opiate of the masses.
Don’t worry Christians will soon be killed and persecuted again but instead of it being the catholic church it is going to be the antigod, antichristian, antireligion people that will be doing the very thing that they accused the religious of doing. And for those that do not agree that is ok just wait and watch in the next 10 years or less. There are already tons of laws that have been passed to try to keep us from teaching the bible as truth. Plus there are the political correctness movements that are causing people to hate Christians that teach certain moralities. Then there are false Christians that are causing you to hate us because they are teaching that God hates Homosexuals. He does not hate the person he hates the action. There is a difference between hating the action and hating the person. Example: lets say your Dad killed someone you hate the fact that he did but you do not hate him this is hating the action not the person. You will still support what punishment must come that person’s way but you will also help go through that punishment with your love. Back to your question real soon Christians and Jews will be the target of trying to exterminate them. Just to reword what I have already stated. Right now we are being targeted through non-lethal means but soon to change real soon
