Pinky and the Brain was a cartoon that aired in the mid-90s which consisted of two mice, Pinky and Brain.

Brain was extremely intelligent, angry, and wanted to take over the world. Very similar to PNAC, the American neocon think-tank from the late 90s which the most influential members of the Bush Administration (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, etc) came from.

Pinky was quite dumb, clumsy, and basically along for the ride. Brain needed Pinky for his elaborate plots. This all describes Dubya -- not quite all there and needed by the folks at PNAC to enact their programs.

Is there a startling comparison here?
