I'm voting for New York even though if I won a trip to Las Vegas I'd be happy to sell it for cheep, that's one place in the states I'd turn down.

There or the Excalibur. Those are the two places I looked hardest at last year, when I was thinking about going there for vacation.

Voted : Monte Carlo.
I would only want to stay at Wynn or the Bellagio. All those you listed as options suck except for the Monte Carlo, which is decent if you get a suite.
