He was supposed to be the GOp candidate back in '00, but someone leaked the story that he'd had an extramarital affair back in the early '90s. Whisper-stream says that it was Republicans who feared that jeb wouldn't be as manipulable as his widdle brudda.

Jeb will run if he thinks he has a chance (just like all the rest). Does he have a chance? Too much water upstream from the bridge at this point to get a good fix on it.

Here is my take on the '08 Presidential race: No matter who wins, we will be better off than with GWB and his cronies.

Jeb is, IMO, a much, much better Bush than dubya.
