Oh, yeah.... and I forgot to mention... Why were those US military grade Anthrax-laced letters mailed to Senators and those who opposed the introduction of the Patriot Act? Why were they intimidated?
Well, I wouldn't jumble Tony Blair in there with George Bush and Dick Cheney. I think Blair is smarter, more compassionate, and has a genuine interest in promoting the welfare of his country. All men are greedy. As you move up the opportunity food chain, you become progressively more tempted by the wealth available to you. The only people we can trust with wealth and power are those with an actual, functioning conscience. I think Blair has one, and the two guys you mention are criminal psychopaths masquerading as Christians and Good Americans.
^Can you imagine Bush on the floor of the Commons? He would be revealed as the babbling moron he is within five minutes of stepping to the podium.
There just puppets who want to rbing about a new world order. And that isn’t a conspiracy. On the 11th of September 1991 Bush sr called for a new world order and while instructing white house aids how to deal with the media his adviser said” tell them we cant just let Iraq get away with this. There is a new world order developing” Gary Heart of the cfr after 911 said “We can use 911 to bring in a new world order” Now you may say that the new world order is just world piece but look at what’s actually going on. Does this look like a good thing?

blackcat, if I may ask you an honest question: What's your point?
...in response to the original question, my answer is that they are not responsible enough to wield such enormous power. In fact, I'm not sure any one person should be granted the amount of power that, say, the president of the United States has.
Lol do you really believe Bush has the real power? How sad...
