Most of those parking spots are a waste of space anyway. Ever seen one outside of a dance studio?! If you can dance, you don't need special parking.

Good question. I would like to see the people who can get them restricted. It seems to easy to get one. After I had back surgery my doctor tried to push one off on me. I didn't feel like my injury was so bad, nor that longlasting to warrant one. But in reality I could have one to this day. I think that too many people have them, and also people use them illegally.
