Much more polite.

Besides, if you say "no," since it comes off as rude, people might fuck around and keep pressing the situation to you so that some entertaining drama can be started.

I always try to be polite, especially when I either don't like the person I'm speaking to, or I want to see what their pancreas looks like. Violence never solves anything, except the prison labor problem. And you might get a smile out of someone.
