By causing accidents and shooting people armed with stones. oh yeah that all helps to build trust and stability. hell yeah. USA USA. Pfft
The right to live as you see fit with the only limitations being that you cannot infringe on the rights of others.
I'm free to travel within my country without "papers", hold a job or not, worship openly or not, Folgers or Hills, as I prefer, the list is endless. I am free. Thank you, all of the soldiers who gave their lives for me.
"The *RIGHT* to consume indiscriminately" !! Wow! that's PRECIOUS! Dammit, why didn't I vote for that one? DANG!
Freedom is something to everyperson in the whole world. It's something different to every person. Some would say it's the right to say what you feel on something. Others would say that it's the right to have complete control over your family and your wife. Muslims and southern baptists come to mind. To me freedom is a state of mind, one that is defined by me and followed by me.
Doing whatever I want as long as I don't stop others from doing the same.
All liberties can be derived from the principle of self-ownership.
