COMMENTS:
There isn't just one event, but many small ones. Believe it or not, getting on B&W was one of them. I have a lot going on inside but I was reticent to share anything becaue I was brought up in a family where self expression was put down. Here, even though everyone does not agree with me, I still feel good about saying what is on my mind. I also lost over 100 pounds with Weight Watchers. That made a difference. Working with my boss who is understanding and empowering has made a positive impact. These changed me the most.

Having my heart attack at nineteen, followed by a stint in death, I began to look at what I'd done with my life, what I'd done *during* it. Didn't like the memories.
