Let's Wang Chung! Followed by Hip to be square. Don't worry be happy was @#$%ing awful.
Fish Heads freakin rocks!
I love this song. It might be simplistic, but it has helped me a lot when I've been feeling down. My least favorite of all the above is Whitney Houston's Greatest Love of All -- others have done it so much better (George Benson comes to mind).
I would go with Everybody Have Fun Tonite, that song was great. I Wanna Be A Cowboy was an intriguing song heh. I hated Walking on Sunshine, didn't mind Sunglasses at Night, Don't Worry Be Happy sort of annoyed me, no real opinion on the greatest love of all, We Are The World just plain stunk. I'm sort of proud of myself, I have probably 175 cds from 1980 to 1995, and even though I rarely agree with the so called 'experts' of music, I don't own any of these songs.
Turning Japanese I think I'm turninig Japanese I really think so!
Speaking as a guy who did *just this*...
kiki, you don't allow people to add ballot choices, but you feel free to come to other people's ballots and add dumb-ass choices. why is that? whats the question?
I like them all except for #s 3 and 2.
WMUBYGG, We Are The World and Greatest Love Of All are all GREAT songs, even today. Walkin on Sunshine is good too.
Kev, relax. They're songs that were listed in some unnamed source as the worst songs of the 80s.
Voted : Don't Worry, Be Happy (Bobby McFerrin)
When I first heard Don't Worry, Be Happy (keep in mind this was a while ago), I thought it sounded a bit like Bob Marley, and I think Bob Marley's alright.
Voted : Walking on Sunshine (Katrina and the Waves)
