Good question. The answer depends on how you got the water level how it stands at the moment. If you filled the glass half the way up then its half full. If you filled the glass and poured half out then its half empty
I guess its half full, coz its not filed to the top,its just half filled,so its half full, its nearly gonna be full but not quite, its just half
I would have to agree with sorted4pillz to some degree. It is important whether the glass was first filled, and then emptied, in which case I think it would be half empty. Or if youhad only filled it up halfway in the first place, then it would be half full. I think that answers the question nicely.
What if you accidentally BROKE the glass, and the water went everywhere, all over the shards of glass. Would it be half full or half empty THEN?t technically its still the same glass, and if its covere din water then it could even be TOTALLY full in some sense?! Good question ballot maker!

My glass is always half-full.
Why is this so complicated?!
Both and neither. I like to think of myself as a Realist, which can sometimes result in optimism, sometimes pessimism. The world is good and bad, and is not always predictable. Trends can be reason for optimism, but other factors can give rise to pessimism. Optimism is a lot more fun than pessimism.
