For some reason, Ham comes to mind when I think of the word Alabama. Not sure why.

Usually strong accents and gun and banjo-toting rednecks come to mind. However, the one Alabaman I know doesn't quite live up to the stereotype (nice accent, no guns or banjos, and very well-groomed).
