according to CNN, Karl Rove would not be charged in CIA leak case.

"In deference to the pending case, we will not make any further public statements about the subject matter of the investigation," Luskin said in a written statement Tuesday. "We believe that the special counsel's decision should put an end to the baseless speculation about Mr. Rove's conduct."

do you feel that this is justice?
Remember, He did leak the information, and lied about it.

This is so typical. They need Karl to mastermind the upcoming mid-term elections. Thats what its about. Too late. They failed to read the mood of the country. Once Bush is out of office, he and his whole family are going to be ostrasized and I can't wait. Jeb will not win another election and they're just going to be the upstarts they always were. Karl Rove is a disgusting pig and criminal and I hope he fades into our national collective memories as soon as possible.
