Lucky sucker I am, there's no known pain medication, prescription or otherwise, that can totally ameliorate my pain.

I generally take aspirin... but my favorite combination...
1 vicodin + 1 Flexeril + 1,2 or 3 glasses of wine.

combined with Diclofenac and Elavil at night before bed.

I was on Oxycontin for a while during an episode of severe pain. Don't take it for more than a few days though, it can make you pretty sick.
