Currently the United States does not have an ambassador to North Korea. I think we should appoint one, and I think we should appoint Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church. Then we should offer Kim Jong Il a truce if he "takes care of him" for us...by taking care of him, you know what I mean...
