Barbara Bush Sr. because she kept Georege W. Bush, when she should have given him away to the Gypsies. So she's too stupid of a cow.
George Bush Sr. because he helped to make George Bush Jr. with that ugly cow of a wife, so he's obviously a total moron and would not make a good police negotiater.
Laura Bush because she's a mindless twit who married the man who would go on to become not just the worst President in history, but the most incompetent world leader in all of history. So she' too stupid too.
Basically any member of the Bush family that ever has lived, does live or will live. None of them would be good Police Negotiaters. They're good at nothing really. Well, they might make good fertilizer.

I like Savage's show but he would make a HORRIBLE negotiator,why he would probably get you shot if the first five seconds of negotiations because he threatened the criminals family.
Dick Cheney would be a bad one because he would just shoot everyone like he did to that old guy.
