James J. Bulger is the slickest fugitive. He has been on the run since 1995 and he is almost 80 years old. He was a bad man in the 70's and 80's a major crime figure in the Boston area, plus he is banging a chick in her 50's thats like 30 years younger than him. He is very clever. He must be a real smooth talker to make that chick go with him because she is also wanted by the FBI.
