HOW HOT IS IT WHERE YOU LIVE?

I hear and read people are dying out there from places such as Missouri to California. The heat and humidity is pretty bad. Here in the central valley of California, it is now closing on 11:00pm. Temperature is 95 degrees, humidity 65%. That's down from 106 degrees and 60% humidity. Oh what relief!
Not that I'm complaining here...we have ways of dealing with this, and they don't necessarily involve air-conditioning. That's a last resort if you can afford it.

COMMENTS:
Tonight, it is between 60 to 70 F I think (17 C). Though it has been much hotter lately - 22 C at night, and above 30 C during the day.

Right now in northern Alabama it's a cooled down to a blessedly pleasant 77 (that's at 1am -we're supposed to be moving into cooler weather over the weekend). Yesterday afternoon it was 99 with humidity at 94% (like a steam room).

In my corner of Texas it's 81 F right now, at 2 o'clock in the morning.

Dont know how hot it got yesterday, but the day before was 106 F. It'll get up to around 110-115 around the first half of August, so the worst is yet to come.

thankfully, there is no moisture, (less than 10%) and when there is, it's in a form of drenching thunderstorms, so believe it or not, it's tolerable most of the time.
