Would be a novel idea.
When I heard that they were cranking out an MTV2 and 3, that's what I figured they'd be doing, moving that stuff up the line to make room for the music.

And I'm a moron! I read this as 'should MTV go back to showing pop-up videos'. My bad.
Yeah they should show more videos. But all videos are the same nowadays, if it's rap it's black booties bouncing all over, if it's rock it's emo guys wearing eyeliner screaming angstly into a mic, and if it's pop it's Paris Hilton trying to look sexy writhing on a beach.

The current generation probably wonders why it's called music television. It's because they used to show music videos on that channel. They should either go back to playing music videos or rename it the reality show channel. Now MTV2 is heading in the same direction.
