Well, noone would aim at Antarctica much, because there's not much to aim at, so nothing would change there.

Of the populated countries, I'd hazard that the population of Africa (except northern/NE part) had the best chances -- mostly because they'd be viewed as minor players by the other participants, who'd ignore them and concentrate on bigger threats.

If there was ever a war between two continets I doubt that any other part of the world would survive because those two parties would probably use nuclear weapons and the fallout alone would be enough to kill the world's population.
